NOTE: NEW FILES GENERATED IN QGIS ARE TEMPORARY FILES AND NEED TO BE MADE PERMANENT BY EXPORTING AS LAYERS. TEMPORARY FILES WILL BE REMOVED WHEN YOU CLOSE QGIS

Step 4 – Clean up shape file
Step 5 – Generate NDVI
